Our 7:00pm Lenten Mid Week Services start with our Ash Wednesday service, then continues through the Lenten season. This year our Lenten mid week services will feature a mini-drama, “The Temptations of Jesus.” The mini-drama will run for four weeks, beginning Februrary 29, 2012.

Enjoy a wonderful soup and bread supper each Wednesday evening in Lent starting Feberuary 29th at 6:00pm. Suppers will continue until March 28th.

Fastnacht- is a fatty doughnut treat served traditionally on Fastnacht Day (Shrove Tuesday), the day before Lent starts. Fasnachts were made as a way to empty the pantry of lard, sugar, fat, and butter, which were traditionally fasted from during Lent. Our youth group is RECYCLING FOR CASH$$$  Help us be green, earn some green, and save some green by recycling with CFK! We are now accepting cell phones, laptops, inkjet and laser cartridges, PDAs, iPods, digital cameras, movie DVDs, video games and video game consoles, and GPS devices to raise money for our youth group.
