Emmanuel Lutheran School is an outreach ministry of Emmanuel Lutheran Church. We embrace all children and value their unique personalities and traits.
Our school offers a full-day, 2-day, 3-day and 5-day programs for children – 16+ months through 4 years of age. These programs are in a safe, nurturing, educationally sound, Christian environment at very reasonable tuition rates with small class sizes.
- The hours of school operation are 8:30 A.M.-12:30 P.M. Monday through Friday.
- A full-day Program is offered from 7:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
- A Summer Program is offered from 7:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
We cherish each of our students and create a safe, nurturing, and loving environment in which our children grow and develop. We believe that parents are the first and most important educators of their children. We encourage the parents to visit the school and become involved in the learning experiences.
Our educational program promotes learning by actively engaging children in the learning process. We believe that play is the medium through which most learning occurs. Children learn and grow as they interact with their environment, their teachers, and their peers. By providing a daily schedule that includes both child-initiated and teacher-directed activities, each child’s individual needs and interests are met. Skills and concepts are addressed while the children play or through lessons designed by the teachers to cover skills in a fun, but educational manner. Routine times like transitions, circle time, and story time provide learning opportunities for the children as they count, dance, sing, and read.

We have a school board that oversees the school and coordinates an annual Scholastic Book Fair and a fall yard sale.
